Homemade Gluten-Free Crispy Crackers with Green Banana Flour

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 80 grams (2/3 cup) green banana flour
- 45 grams (2/3 cup) almond flour
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of rock salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 55 grams (1/3 cup) warm water
Instructions:
1- We beat the egg thoroughly. We add all the dry ingredients and warm water and knead until it becomes homogeneous.
2- We place the dough between two pieces of baking paper and roll it out as thinly as possible (to make it crispy) using a rolling pin. We cut it into squares and sprinkle rock salt on it.
3- We bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until the edges are browned.
4- After the crackers have cooled down, you can separate them and consume them.
