Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Saledo Green Banana Flour (90 g)
- 1.5 cups vegan or cow's milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (or baking soda + lemon juice)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 drops vanilla extract
1 cup = 250 ml
Instructions:
- Start by mixing all the ingredients, beginning with the eggs, in a bowl. Whisk until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Since the recipe includes oil, there's no need to grease the pan. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a heated pan over medium heat and cook both sides.
